Family
Do you offer baby cots or extra beds — and how much do they cost?
Baby cot €25/day, extra bed €40/day.
Do you have family rooms or connecting rooms?
Yes, our suites are suitable for this. There are also two rooms on the 6th floor with a separate hallway in front of them.
Arrival, Location & Parking
Do you have parking — how much does it cost?
Yes, we have an underground car park with a car lift. Cost: €30 per night. Spaces are limited – it’s best to book in advance.
Do you offer an airport transfer or shuttle service?
Sure – our limousine service will take you from the airport to JAMS in a relaxed 7-seater BMW. Fixed price: €120. Individual rides are also available on request, e.g. through the party night.
What’s the fastest way to get to you from Munich Airport (MUC)?
The fastest way is to take the S8 S-Bahn to Rosenheimer Platz – from there it’s only a 4-minute walk to JAMS.
Are there (rental) bicycles/e-bikes nearby?
Yes! We have stylish Sushi e-bikes with a range of up to 70 km. Just ask at reception – we’ll get the bikes ready for you.
Do you have electric charging stations?
Unfortunately not with us. But you’ll find public parking spaces with charging stations just around the corner on Innere Wiener Straße.
How far is it to the nearest subway station and the old town?
- Tram (Am Gasteig) 1 min.
- S-Bahn (Rosenheimer Platz) 4 min.
- U-Bahn (Max-Weber-Platz) 8 min.
Check-in / Check-out & Policies
When is check-in? Is early check-in available?
Regular check-in is from 3 p.m. Early check-in is possible from 12 noon for an additional charge of €40 (subject to availability).
How late can I check out? Is late check-out available?
Late check-out until 3 p.m. costs €40; until 5 p.m. costs €80 — subject to availability.
Do you offer 24/7 check-in or a late-arrival service?
Our reception is staffed from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Arrivals are possible around the clock—please let us know in advance.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, dogs and other pets are welcome. Additional charge: €20 per day.
What’s your smoking policy — is the hotel non-smoking, and are there outdoor areas?
Smoking is prohibited indoors. You are welcome to smoke, relax, and enjoy drinks on our two terraces.
Is there a city/overnight tax?
No, there is no city or overnight tax.
Dining & Drinks (Restaurant/Bar)
Can I order à la carte?
Sure, in the restaurant daily from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., Saturday, Sunday & public holidays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
When is the kitchen open in the evening?
Our kitchen is open in the evening from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The kitchen is closed on Sundays and Mondays – the bar and City take over.
Habt ihr vegane/vegetarische oder glutenfreie Optionen?
Ja – gib uns einfach Bescheid, wir bereiten dir gerne etwas Passendes zu.
Can I take food to my room?
Yes – feel free.
Do I need a reservation at the restaurant or bar?

Do the rooms have air conditioning, a safe, a minibar, and a coffee/tea station?
No traditional air conditioning, but modern ventilation. Safe in every room. Minibar available (just plug it in). Coffee/tea station in Rockstar rooms & suites.
Do you have desks/workspaces in the room?
Yes, you will find a place to work in every room.
Booking & Payment
Can I add breakfast to my reservation at short notice?
Sure - you can book it on site at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card (including Apple/Google Pay), cash, or in advance by bank transfer.
What are your cancellation policy?
- Flexible best price: free cancellation up to 12 hours before arrival (up to 48 hours for major events such as trade fairs/concerts)
- Best price: non-cancellable
Business & Services
How accessible are you (elevator, accessible rooms, showers)?
We have a barrier-free room with a specially equipped shower. An elevator is available.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we have a luggage room.
Are the rooms cleaned daily?
Yes, unless you don’t want it.
Do you have meeting rooms?
Not yet – it’s in the planning stage.
Do you offer laundry/dry-cleaning?
Yes, for a fee.
