An unprecedented boutique hotel in Munich – JAMS is located in the heart of Haidhausen, one of the hippest districts of the city that made music history back in the 70s. Creative locals and international guests make Haidhausen a hotspot for relaxed togetherness, cool music and excellent gastronomy.
Music-affine design and vinyl are omnipresent in the JAMS Boutique Hotel Munich. Rock legends like David Bowie accompany you in the lift, each individual floor presents itself as a homage to a music legend. If you want to organise your own jam session inspired by so much music history, you will find a record player in your room – there are over 250 LPs to borrow in the lobby!
Throughout the JAMS Design-Hotel and the adjoining JAMS Restaurant & Bar, you can experience atmospheric retro design, unique art and the unmistakable JAMS vibe. An exciting mix that makes it what it is: an inspiring and extravagant stage that turns your stay in Munich into a concert of the senses.

Parking facilities
Please note that there are only limited parking facilities in our Haidhausen neighbourhood! We only have a few parking spaces in the underground car park at €30 per night, a reservation is required. There are also other underground car parks in the Gasteig directly opposite and at the Hofbräukeller not far from the hotel.

You’ll find the right groove, funk, rock, soul (…) in our cozy lobby, where 250 legendary records full of unforgettable evergreens are available to borrow.

Stay connected
The centre of Munich is literally at the feet of the JAMS Boutique Hotel! It’s less than 15 minutes on foot or just 5 minutes on one of our hire bikes via the Isartor directly to Marienplatz.
And if you don’t want to walk, you can get there quickly and easily by public transport. The Gasteig tram stop is just around the corner, from where you can reach the Isartor and Viktualienmarkt in just two stops on line 17 or travel directly to Munich’s Pinakotheken art galleries in Maxvorstadt. From Max-Weber-Platz (800 metres away), the underground takes you to the main station and to Theresienwiese for the Oktoberfest! The Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn station is also just 400 metres away. From here, the S1 and S8 trains run to Munich Airport (journey time just under 35 minutes), Marienplatz and the pedestrian zone can be reached in 4 minutes and the main railway station in around eight minutes. The Allianz Arena is about 25 minutes away by S-Bahn and U-Bahn.
